What we provide

We convert a PDF you upload into a Word document, as accurately as we are able. The first page is provided free so that you can judge the result before paying for the rest.

What we do not promise

No converter reproduces every PDF perfectly. Some documents — scans without text, heavily designed layouts, unusual fonts — convert less well than others. The free first page is how you check ours before paying, and it is the basis on which you buy.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown before payment and include GST where it applies. If we cannot convert your document you are not charged. If you paid and something went wrong, write to support@convertpdf2docx.com and we will refund you.

Your document

You keep every right in the document you upload. We claim nothing over it, and we use it only to produce the file you asked for. Do not upload material you have no right to convert.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be available at any particular moment. Files are deleted after 24 hours; keep your own copy of anything you need.
